Choral music inspired by troubled times, transformed into universal visions for peace and renewal. Katherine FitzGibbon, Director of Choral Activities at Lewis and Clark College, conducts Vaughan Williams’ impassioned Dona Nobis Pacem and Damien Geter’s Cantata for a More Hopeful Tomorrow, inspired by Bach and African-American spirituals. Together, these works provide a timely and eloquent choral response to the challenges we have all recently experienced.
